A landmark redevelopment proposal transforming a prominent derelict site beside Cleethorpes railway station into a major new residential and commercial destination. The scheme was conceived as a catalyst for the wider regeneration of the town, creating a new focal point and a confident statement of its future. Comprising 99 residential apartments across three buildings of 9, 11 and 13 storeys, with commercial space at ground level, the development establishes a new presence on the town's skyline while responding to its coastal setting.

Particular care was taken in shaping the massing and height of the buildings, maintaining important views through the site while creating a distinctive landmark when approaching the town and from the seafront. The architectural language draws on local materials and references, interpreted in a contemporary way to establish a strong relationship with the surrounding townscape.

An important part of the planning process was engaging with the local community through a programme of public consultation. This provided an opportunity to present the proposals, listen to local views and address concerns, helping build understanding and support for a development intended to play a significant role in the town's future.
