Graphene Architects is a trading name of Turbine Developments Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12411829). 2. When this policy applies

This policy explains how we handle personal information you give us when you submit an enquiry through one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, or contact us directly.

3. What information we collect

  • Your name, email address and telephone number

  • Your postcode, so we can check that your property is within the area we serve

  • Your answers to any qualifying questions on the form, such as the type of property or the work you are considering

  • Anything else you choose to tell us when we speak or correspond

4. How and why we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation

  • Assess whether we can help with your project

  • Keep a record of our communications with you

Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. We will only contact you about your enquiry. We will not add you to a marketing mailing list unless you separately agree to it, and we will not sell your information.

5. Facebook and Instagram (Meta)

Our lead forms run on platforms operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. When you submit a form, Meta passes your details to us. Meta processes information about your use of its platforms under its own privacy policy, which you can read at facebook.com/privacy/policy. We do not control how Meta uses your information on its platforms.

6. Who we share your information with

We do not share your information with anyone for their own purposes. We use trusted service providers to store and manage it, including our email provider, [spreadsheet or cloud storage provider], and [CRM provider, if used]. They process it only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law.

7. Transfers outside the UK

Some of our service providers, and Meta, may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK’s approved international data transfer arrangements, to protect your information.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry details for 12 months from the date of your enquiry. If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet our legal and professional obligations. After that, we delete it securely.

  • Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate

  • Ask us to delete your information

  • Object to or ask us to restrict how we use it

  • Withdraw your consent at any time
